Fully welded ball valve performance

1. No need for maintenance, adjustment and lubrication, easy to install, long-term reliable operation under low operating costs. The surface is spray-treated, and the gloss is beautiful. It is already at the leading level in China. There will be no external leakage. The valve body is welded, so the valve is light and easy to insulate. Installation of the adjustment mechanism is very simple; the operating handle can be removed and installed reversely.
2. Since the seat is made of carbon fiber reinforced Teflon seal ring and disc spring, it is adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature, no slippage occurs within the marked pressure and temperature range.
3. The processing of the sphere is tracked and detected by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.
4. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipe material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not be deformed due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground. The pipe is resistant to aging.
5. Integral all-welded, equal-diameter and variable-diameter passages, fixed ball and floating ball, double piston effect sealing system, automatic injection of sealant type bearings.
6. In order to prevent static electricity, the steel ball and the spring are respectively installed between the valve stem and the ball body and the valve stem and the stuffing box, which can keep all parts of the valve and the valve body conductive, and let the current pass through the area to release static electricity. Not only prevent fires, but also prevent corrosion and achieve temporary cuts for timely maintenance.
7. The anti-off function of the valve stem: because the valve stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve, the force is always generated, so the valve stem is designed to an anti-off structure.
8. Supported by a thrust washer, made of low-friction material, pushing the pressure against the valve stem, so that the valve stem only transmits torque.

Application range of all welded ball valves:

1. City gas: gas output pipeline, main line and supply lines for each branch line.
2. Central heating: output pipeline, main line, and branch line of large heating equipment.
3. Heat exchanger: the pipeline and opening and closing of each circuit.
4. Steel plants: various fluid pipelines, exhaust gas selection pipelines, gas and heat supply pipelines, and fuel supply pipelines.
5. Various industrial equipment: various heat treatment pipes, various industrial gas and heat distribution pipelines.

The pressure test requirements of the all-welded ball valve before installation mainly include the following aspects:

(1) Strength test. The strength test uses water as the medium; the high-pressure cap is welded on the sleeve tubes on both sides of the valve, and after the valve is opened to the 45-degree position, water is injected into the all-welded ball valve through the pressure test valve on the sleeve tube, and the pressure is raised to 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the ball valve, hold pressure for 15min, no leakage is qualified.

(2) Tightness test. The tightness test uses nitrogen as the medium; the ball valve is closed, and nitrogen is injected into the ball valve from the pressure test valve on the sleeve tube, the pressure rises to 1.1 times the nominal pressure of the all-welded ball valve, and the middle cavity pressure relief valve is connected to the hose pipe and the water container for inspection. The insertion depth is 1 cm. No bubble generation within 5 minutes is acceptable.
